Who is the data controller?
Monkey Mind SRL, Sector 2, București, România — CUI 35921997, based in Romania, is the data controller for the personal data collected through Lenormand Online. There is no separate Data Protection Officer; requests are handled directly by the owner.
Your rights
- Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object — object to specific uses of your data.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.
- Complain — lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
How to exercise a right
Email oracol.lenormand@gmail.com from the address you used to order a reading, or provide the order/reference so we can find you. Please describe your request clearly. We reply within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. If your request is clearly unfounded or excessive we may either charge a reasonable fee or refuse it.
International transfers
Our subprocessors (Stripe, Google, Cloudflare) may transfer data to the United States or other countries. These transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to your national data protection authority. In Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
