Lenormand Online (https://start.lenormand.online) is operated by Monkey Mind SRL, Sector 2, București, România — CUI 35921997. By using the site or ordering a reading, you agree to these Terms.

Lenormand readings are provided for entertainment, personal reflection, and self-guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make in your life.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading.

• Each reading costs USD 19, paid in advance through Stripe.
• Readings are delivered by email within 48 hours of successful payment.
• You are responsible for giving a valid email address. If delivery fails due to a wrong address, we will resend once you correct it.

Because each reading is a personal digital service prepared specifically for you, you expressly agree — by purchasing — that we begin performance immediately and that the statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83 is waived once the reading has been sent.

If a reading has not yet been delivered, you may request a full refund. If a delivery failure is our fault (e.g. reading never sent), contact us and we will refund or resend at your choice.

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or send abusive content in your note.
• Do not resell or publish readings as if they were your own work.

The content of the site (design, code, text) belongs to Monkey Mind SRL, Sector 2, București, România — CUI 35921997. Your personal reading is written for you; you may keep it, print it, and share it, but the overall style and format remain our intellectual property.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any reading is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed opportunities, or decisions taken based on a reading.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to consumer rights that protect you in your country of residence.
